The Austin Heights Water Theme Park is located within AHSB’s Austin Heights 2 property development. The developer has roped in renowned theme park designer, Sim Leisure Consultant, to design the Austin Heights Water Theme Park, which will have 12 outdoor attractions, besides other indoor games.

Being a medium-sized water theme park, and designed more to cater to the needs of residents and the community, the developer projects the number of visitors to it to reach a modest 300,000 in the first year.

A VISION INSPIRED BY THE VIEW...

The year was 1990 when Kuwait was invaded by Saddam. We were in Thailand, travelling southward from Bangkok to Golok, when inspiration stuck at the seaside resort city of Hua Hin.

Hua Hin is a popular weekend getaway for Bangkok residents. This gem is about 1.5 hours from Bangkok; just like from Shenton Way in Singapore to Sedili in Malaysia.

We played with our imagination. The idea of creating an idyllic getaway spot in Sedili was hatched.

We started assembling 6 lots to form a 20 acres land to erect a few cottages. Tanjung Sutera Resort was born.

Today, we have grown the cottages to 30 rooms.

The hill that we perched our resort on commands a picturesque view of the scenic and tranquil South China Sea. It's such a spiritually energized spot that it brings the mind into another prism of a different dimension out of this world.

We are pleased to have welcome and served thousands of guests to Tanjung Sutera Resort all these years, many of whom return times and again for meditational and inner content visits.

It is located on the west side of Johor Bahru. Dayang Island is actually a part of an island that is made up with itself and four others. They are Pulau Aur, Pulau Lang and finally Pulau Pemanggil.

Overview
Dayang Island is famous for its diving site. Most tourists visit this island for scuba diving and snorkeling experiences. While scuba diving, it is easy for one to see the wildlife under the sea such as whale, sharks and rays. You can perform underwater photography while snorkeling or scuba diving. Diving courses are offered to those who are passionate in learning it or for the beginners before they dive in the crystal clear water of the Dayang Island.

The ideal diving session is normally from the month of February to November. There are many diving spots around for you to choose, according to your preference and standard and some are shallow reef and some are deep rocky depths.Get yourself a room in any Johor hotels or chalets on the island to jumpstart your vacation in Dayang Island. The chalets and resorts on the island are mostly with air conditioned and fine services.

Transport
Drive yourself to Mersing Jetty which is located in Johor Bahru. It will take approximately 3 hours if you are from Singapore. Then, there will be a boat waiting at the jetty to bring you to the island.

The best way to reach Dayang is through Dive shops in Singapore and Malaysia with one of their diving trips. Travelling from Singapore to Mersing jetty is usually 3 hours and the trip starts at around 7pm. With a dive boat, the sea transfer takes approximately 3 to 4 hours. From Kuala lumpur the land transfer to Mersing takes around 5 hours.

There is only one resort in Dayang, the Dayang Island resort which consists of a beachfront facility with 4 dormitories holding a total capacity of 48 persons, and another 40 quad sharing rooms around the resort, all with air-conditioning.

Total of 2 queen size bed and 4 single bed which can comfortably accommodate 8 people. And for added single mattress it can maximum accommodate 13 people.
Car porch is good for 2 car parking.
